Community Guidelines

  • Maintain professional communication at all times
  • Provide accurate product information and descriptions
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Honor all stated policies and guarantees
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Consequences of Violations:

  • Warning notifications
  • Product listing removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal action (for serious violations)

Return and Refund Policy

Understanding our return policy helps you manage customer expectations and handle returns effectively.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return reason must be valid (defective, wrong item, etc.)

Return Process:

  1. Customer initiates return request through platform
  2. Seller reviews and approves/denies request
  3. Return shipping label is generated (if approved)
  4. Customer ships item back to seller
  5. Seller inspects returned item
  6. Refund is processed within 3 business days

Refund Responsibilities:

  • Seller Fault: Seller pays return shipping and full refund
  • Customer Fault: Customer pays return shipping
  • Defective Items: Full refund including original shipping
  • Change of Mind: Refund minus return shipping cost

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Digital downloads
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
